The Mountain Top University Scholarly Publishing Network collects personal data strictly necessary to facilitate scholarly peer review and international indexing:
Name, institutional affiliation, department, and country
Verified institutional or academic email address
ORCID iD and professional specialization keywords
Manuscript review submissions, editorial decision letters, and audit logs

Reviewer identities remain strictly anonymous and confidential to authors in compliance with our double-blind review policy. Editorial staff are bound by non-disclosure protocols.

Users retain the right to inspect, update, or export their personal data and profile information at any time via the User Profile Dashboard or by contacting journals@mtu.edu.ng.
